I use telehealth appointments for myself, but haven't used an online vet appointment before. I work long hours so it's hard for me to get to appointments for my pets or me. It was easy to book and join. The appointment was quick which was nice. Dr. Cotter was prompt in starting the appointment at the time I booked for and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely book with him again. :)
